The following describes the anti-spam policies for our website:

www.VideoMarketing-Made-Easy.com.

antiSpamIconSmall     Please don’t spam!

I have a strict zero-tolerance policy against spamming activities. Spam activities will not be tolerated to anyone who is promoting my products, programs or services online in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner, including UCE- unsolicited commercial email, also know as SPAM, so please don’t misrepresent my products or offers.
Follow any endorsement rules and regulations that are applicable both in the country where you are based as well in the countries from which you are sending website traffic or advertising.

What is Spam?
Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including “junk mail”, which has not been requested by the recipient.
It is intrusive and often irrelevant or offensive, and it wastes valuable resources.
Spam messages are the opposite of permission-based email, which are normally anticipated, personal, relevant and/or associated with a pre-existing business or personal relationship. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups, are also deemed to be spam.

Questions to Ask Yourself.
To help in establishing whether you are participating in activities constituting spam, ask yourself the following questions:

 (a) Are you sending email to non-specific addresses, such as info@domain.com or sales@domain.com?

 (b) Have you deliberately falsified your transmission path information or originating address?

 (c) Are you sending email to mailing lists or distribution lists, which then send indirectly to various other email addresses?

 (d) Have you imported for use a purchased list of any type?

 (e) Are you continuing to mail to anyone who has asked to be deleted from your mailing list?

 (f) Does your email not provide a fully functioning link to unsubscribe?

 (g) Does you email subject line contain false or misleading information?

 (h) Have you used a third party’s email address or domain name without the party’s consent?

If your answer is YES to any of these questions, you are likely involved in spam activities!

Please be aware that by violation of the above rules and after receiving serious spam complaints, your name will be permanently excluded from my mailinglists and all of my products and I will terminate our customer relations immediately.

In short: If you are violating the anti-spam laws that are valid in most countries, you must be aware of the following:

Warning:  Do not promote products online in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner, including sending UCE – unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM. If I receive a complaint against any subscriber, his/her account will be  immediately terminated and strict action will be taken against him/her.

General spamming rules.
We forbid the sending of unsolicited mass emails or unsolicited emails of any kind in connection with the marketing of our products, programs or services.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in our programs “for cause” if we deem you to be in violation of our anti-spamming policies.
We also reserve the right to suspend your account and participation pending review upon receipt of any complain orother evidence that you may be engaging in any spamming activity.

What do we consider spamming?
We consider spamming to be any activity whereby you directly or indirectly transmit email messages to any email address that has not solicited such email and does not consent to such transmission.

We also consider spamming to constitute posting advertisements in news-groups in violation of the terms of participation in such newsgroup, that are off topic, or in newsgroups that do not specifically permit advertisements.
We also consider it spamming when advertisements are placed on message boards or in chat rooms when they are not permitted by the terms of participation in such message boards and chat rooms.

Please send your complaint from your email account along with the unsolicited email and provide any other information that you believe may help me in my investigation.
